Indoorout.com makes the ordering process simple for you! We don't want
you to have any surprises! So, we have made a choice to include the cost
of standard shipping (within continental US) along with every price that
you see listed. This means no surprises on checkout!
Standard Shipping means that Indoorout orders are shipped to
you via UPS standard ground. We have chosen this service for a
number of reasons, but foremost is the cost (savings passed on to you) with the
ability to track and easily solve shipping issues. Indoorout has chosen
UPS as its primary logistics
partner because the company provides Indoorout customers and employees
with unmatched visibility into the routing and status of packages, as well
as reliable, on-time delivery to your home Monday through Friday. After
you have made a purchase on the Indoorout site, track your order (coming
soon) from our
site in real-time fashion as it moves toward its destination. Because products are often shipped from where they are grown or made,
you may receive multiple shipments for one order. The order confirmation,
which is e-mailed to you, shows how many shipments you'll receive and when
they should ship.
PLEASE NOTE!
If you are ordering live plants please choose a shipping address where
you will be during the day to receive the shipment.
We cannot deliver UPS orders to PO
Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping - UPS ground. Expedited Shipping - We
are currently working on a system which allows us to expedite the shipping
process, update the estimated arrival time, and calculate the change in shipping
cost to you. For the time being, please send us an e-mail or call our
customer solutions center at 1-877-620-0426 (Toll Free) for additional cost.
Furniture and Large Items may be delivered by a carrier other
than UPS. This common carrier will deliver your purchase to
your door or curbside in two to three weeks. International Shipments. :
Yes! We are able to ship international orders. Unfortunately, there
are problems that may arise in our 100% safe arrival guarantee depending upon
the rules and regulations of the shipping agency. This is very unlikely,
but it is important to remember that when dealing with overseas shipments,
certain aspects of shipping are out of our hands. But, we still attempt to
provide the utmost care in shipping and handling as with any of our orders at
indoorout.com.
Back Orders. By having accurate availability
for all the products on the Indoorout site, we minimize backorder
problems. However, occasionally an item must be backordered. We notify you
immediately if this occurs, and if you choose to wait for the item, we
will ship it as soon as it becomes available. No Saturday Delivery. Indoorout
ships our standard (free shipping) via UPS ground. If you have a special
request, we are able to handle it, but would have to contact you with costs
associated with this.
Processing Time. Order processing times for Indoorout products
vary. Please note the estimated processing times for the products you
purchase. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Charges: At indoorout.com, we have decided
to include shipping charges (within the continental US) in order to create a NO
SURPRISES environment. If you have special requests (ie next day air) or
shipping outside of the continental US, please contact us. We are working
on a system that will allow us to calculate real time charges for alternative
shipping methods.
